What can you see in "Essence of freedom" painting by Mariusz Lewandowski?
On the right side of the picture stretches a calm, mysterious sea under the moonlight. The moon is low on the horizon, illuminating the water and creating reflections on its surface. There is a flock of birds floating in the air, flying towards the sky, which adds dynamics and a sense of movement to this part of the composition.
The image is full of contrasts between light and dark, warm and cold, which give it depth and intensity. The painting is dominated mainly by cool shades of blue, which dominate the background on the right, the sky and the sea. These cool colors create a calm, mysterious atmosphere and constitute most of the color scheme of the painting. As a counterpoint to the cool tones, there are warm shades of orange and red. These warm colors are especially visible in the inner image held by the hands and in the bonfire on the cliff on the left. Oranges and reds introduce intensity and drama, contrasting with the dominant cool colors and adding depth and emotion to the entire composition.
